Regarding our properties located in Istanbul, Sarıyer District, K. Ayazağa Neighborhood, on 2 Pafta, and 36, 41, 398, 399, 400, 401, 403 parcels, with a total area of approximately 75,000 square meters ("Property"), i n our announcement dated 10.05.2022, it was stated that the Zoning Application under Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 had been initiated in the area including the Property. In our announcement dated 10.07.2023, it was further stated that, depending on the completion of the necessary zoning and legal processes on the aforementioned property, a Land Share Revenue Sharing and Construction Contract ("Contract") was signed with Artaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş on 10.07.2023, and as of the date of the Contract, the legal process under Article 18 of the Zoning Law was ongoing.

We have been informed that the Sarıyer Municipality Council decided to submit the prepared parceling plan ("Plan") and its annexes to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality ("IMM") for approval and to put it on public display by Sarıyer Municipality after approval. In the next steps, following the approval of IMM, the Plan must be displayed for one month by Sarıyer Municipality, and any potential objections must be resolved. The final title deeds can be obtained after the parceling plan is finalized, approved by the cadastral directorate, and registered by the land registry office. Public updates will be provided about developments in the process.
