In the meeting held on 21.11.2024 by the Board of Directors of our associate Gensenta İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'nin ("Gensenta"), it was decided to sell the land
with total area of 58,725.12 square meters,
registered under parcel 10, block 412, in the Şekerpınar 2 Neighborhood, Çayırova District, Kocaeli Province,
together with the raw material production facilities with a closed area of 20,670.49 square meters, excluding machinery and equipment, located on the same land, for 783,148,140 TL. The sale transaction was completed on 21.11.2024, and the registration process at the land registry was carried out, with the payment being collected by Gensenta.
The delivery date of the real estate to the buyer has been set as 31.12.2025. Production at the facility is planned to continue until this date, based on the needs of Gensenta's stakeholders. Significant developments that gain certainty regarding the process will be disclosed to the public.
The sale is not expected to have a significant impact on our company's operations or consolidated financial results.
