In our announcement dated July 26, 2024, it was stated that regarding the property owned by our company, located in the K. Ayazağa Neighborhood, Sarıyer District, Istanbul, on 2 Pafta, and 36, 41, 398, 399, 400, 401, 403 parcels, with an area of approximately 75,000 m², within the ongoing process under the implementation of Article 18 of the Zoning Law, it was informed that the parceling plan ("Plan") and its annexes, prepared by the Sarıyer Municipality Council, were submitted to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality ("IMM") for approval, and that after approval, the Sarıyer Municipality would proceed with the public display of the plan. This time, it has been learned that a council decision was made by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality to approve the Plan, and it will be sent to the Sarıyer Municipality to be posted for public review. Public updates will be provided about developments in the process. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
