In our Public Disclosure dated 13.09.2024, it was announced that our subsidiary, Gensenta İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Gensenta"), decided to make an investment in a vial filling line with an isolator system, including a lyophilizer, at its main pharmaceutical production facility in Yenibosna, with a budget of 32 million Euros. It was also stated that applications for relevant incentives would be made to the appropriate public institutions and organizations regarding this investment.

In this regard, Gensenta has informed our company that it has received an Investment Incentive Certificate from the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey. Since the investment is classified as a "priority investment," the Investment Incentive Certificate, under the regional support program applied in the 5th region, includes the following support elements: VAT exemption, customs duty exemption, tax reduction (80%, YKO 40%), interest or profit share support, and employer's social security premium support (for 7 years). The total fixed investment amount covered by the certificate is 1.346.015.999 TL, for the period between 15.10.2024 and 15.10.2027.
