In our disclosure dated 27.11.2024, it was mentioned that, within the ongoing process under Article 18 of the Zoning Law for the properties owned by our company located in K. Ayazağa District, Sarıyer, Istanbul, the parceling plan and its annexes were posted for public review by the Sarıyer Municipality for a one-month period, and it was stated that an additional public announcement would be made once the parceling plan is finalized.
This time, it has been learned that, with the decision made by the Sarıyer Municipality Council, the objections raised during the public display period have been rejected and the parceling plan has been finalized. As a result of the legal deductions made within the framework of the finalized parceling plan, the final land titles, approximately 41.5 thousand square meters in total size, can be obtained after the approval of the parceling plan by the Cadastre Directorate and its registration by the Title Deed Directorate.
