26.02.2025 tarihli açıklamamızda, Sarıyer Belediye Encümeni tarafından alınan karar ile askı süresi içinde yapılan itirazların reddedilerek parselasyon planının kesinleştirildiği ifade edilmişti.

Bu defa, parselasyon planı Kadastro Müdürlüğü'nce onaylanmış ve Tapu Müdürlüğü'nce tescil edilerek toplam yaklaşık 41,5 bin metrekare büyüklüğündeki arsa tapuları çıkarılmıştır.
