We would like to inform our investors that the 193 Office Building, located in Levent-Şişli, Istanbul, owned by Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş., has been sold as of June 2, 2025 (today) for a value of 2.25 billion TL + VAT, and it is not expected that this sale will have a significant impact on our Company's financial statements for the relevant period.

(*) Our Company holds a stake of %37.28 in the capital of Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş., whereas Eczacıbaşı Yatırım Holding Ortaklığı A.Ş. holds %11.54.
