An agreement was signed on 23.01.2025 with MİA Joint Venture, for the purpose of developing a real estate project based on revenue sharing, on the total 157,383 square meters of real estate located in the Çavuşoğlu District, Kartal, Istanbul, registered under parcels 12747 Ada-1 (first phase) and 12748 Ada-1 (second phase) , which is owned by Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş. (*)

The Construction Permits for a total construction area of 182.368 m2, total of 689 independent units, comprising 654 residential units and 35 commercial independent units, located on Parcel 12747 Ada-1, which constitutes the first phase of the project, were obtained on 25.12.2025.

(*) The land in Kartal district, Istanbul province is not owned by our Company, but instead by Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş., our parent company. Our Company holds a stake of %37.28 in the capital of Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş., whereas Eczacıbaşı Yatırım Holding Ortaklığı A.Ş. holds %11.54.
