The construction permits for 35 commercial units located on 405 block 112 parcel, in İstanbul Province, Şişli District, Teşvikiye Quarter,within the scope of İstanbul Şişli Teşvikiye Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Nişantaşı Koru) have been obtained on 06.10.2023.

The total number of units within the scope of the project has become 196.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
