Ankara İli, Çankaya İlçesi, Yenişehir ve Namık Kemal Mahalleleri üzerinde muhtelif taşınmazların yer aldığı Saraçoğlu Mahallesi Koruma, Yenileme ve Yaşatma projesi kapsamında, revizyona gidilmiş olup, 119 adet olan konut sayısı değişmeyecek ve 285 adet olan ticari ünite sayısı 238 adet olacak şekilde Tadilat Yapı Ruhsatları alınmıştır.

Proje kapsamında toplam bağımsız bölüm sayısı 357 adet olmuştur.

The revision has been applied for some property about in Ankara Province, Çankaya District, Yenişehir and Namık Kemal Quarter within the scope of " Saraçoğlu Quarter Conservation, Renovation and Survival Project with Infrastructure and Landscaping Construction Works and the new revised construction permits were obtained for 119 residential unites and 238 commercial units (previously 285).

The total number of units within the scope of the project has become 357.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
