The Final acceptance for İstanbul Beykoz Riva Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Project (Düşler Vadisi), C Hill 119 Block 195 Independent units and D Hill (BL 12/01, BL 12/02, BL 12S/01 and BL 12S/02) Villa Blocks and the Infrastructure and Landscaping Works for these Blocks within the scope of the Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale of Istanbul Beykoz Riva (Düşler Vadisi) , one of the projects of our Company has been made and the Partial Final Acceptance cerrtificates has been approved on 22.11.2023.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
