An agreement of Adıyaman Indere 3. Stage General Infrastructure, General Infrastructure, Treatment Plant, Water Tanks and Road Construction Works' within the framework of a protocol that is called " Permanent Housing to be Built in the Earthquake Zone" which was signed between Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services General Directorate and our Company, has been signed between our Company and SOYSAL Müh. İnş. A.Ş on 24.11.2023 .

Agreement Value: TRY 2.580.000.000 + VAT.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
