The construction permits for a total of 852 units consisting of 842 residential and 10 commercial units located on 892 block 1 parcel, in İstanbul Province, Halkalı Distrcit and, Küçükçekmece Quarter within the scope of "İstanbul Küçükçekmece Bizim Mahalle 2. Stage 2. Part Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale) have been obtained on 29.12.2023.
