The agreement of Malatya Merkez 1.Stage 2. Part Residential and Commercial Units, Insfrastructure and Landscaping Constructions Works within the framework of a protocol  which was signed between Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services General Directorate and our Company, has been signed between our Company and contractor BCM Uluslararası Madencilik İnş. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. & KARÇAĞ Nak. İnş. ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. İş Ortaklığı (BCM & KARÇAĞ Malatya 2 İş Ortaklığı Joint Venture on 11.01.2024 .

Agreement Value: TRY 2.362.500.000 + VAT

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
