The construction permits for a total of 207 units consisting of 186 residential and 21 commercial unit s located on 898 block 1 parcel, in İstanbul Province, Halkalı Distrcit and, Küçükçekmece Quarter within the scope of "İstanbul Küçükçekmece Bizim Mahalle 2. Stage 1. Part Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale) have been obtained 02.02.2024.

The total number of units within the scope of the project has become 1428.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
