The agreement for Istanbul Arnavutköy Dursunköy 3rd Stage 10th Phase Residential and Commercial Units, Insfrastructure and Landscaping Constructions Works , which was tendered in accordance with the agreement signed between our Company and Turkish Airlines A.O., was signed on 28.05.2018 was signed with the Contractor KİBRİTÇİ İnş. Taah. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Joint Venture on 12.03.2024.

Agreement Value : TRY 2.554.961.000 + VAT.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
