The partial provisional acceptance of D Hill (BL 12/03-04-05-06-07-08, BL 12S/03-04-05-06-07-08, BL 14/01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08, BL 14/01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08) located on Block 0, Parcel 3202 within the scope of Istanbul Beykoz Riva Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Project (Düşler Vadisi), BL l4S/01-02-03-04-05, BL 15/01-02-03-04-05,), E Hill (BL 12/09-10-11-12, BL 12S/09-10-ll) Villa Blocks and Infrastructure and Landscaping Works for these Blocks has been made and the Partial Provisional Acceptance certicifate has been approved on 13.03.2024

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
