The agreement for Istanbul Arnavutköy Dursunköy 3rd Stage 6th Phase Residential,Commercial Units and Social facilities with Insfrastructure and Landscaping Constructions Works, which was tendered in accordance with the agreement signed between our Company and Turkish Airlines A.O., was signed on 28.05.2018 was signed with the TURGUT Müt. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. on 20.03.2024.

Agreement Value : TRY 2.707.253.000 + VAT.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
