An agreement of Hatay Antakya 6 . Stage Residential and Commercial Units General Infrastructure, Insfrastructure and Landscaping Constructions Works' which was signed between Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services General Directorate and our Company, has been signed between our Company and MİSEK İnş. Tic. ve San. A.Ş. & YAPITAŞ Gayr. İnş. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Joint Venture on 03.04.2024

Agreement Value: TRY 5.647.953.000 TL + VAT.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
