The agreement for Istanbul Arnavutköy Dursunköy 1st Stage General Infrastructure, Construction Roads and Art Structures Work , , which was tendered in accordance with the agreement signed between our Company and Turkish Airlines A.O., was signed on 28.05.2018 was signed with the Contractor BEST Tasarım İnş. A.Ş. & SONAY Yatırım İnş. Enerji San. Tic. A.Ş.  İş Ortaklığı (Best – Sonay Dursunköy Ordinary Partnership) on 19.04.2024.

Agreement Value : TRY 1.100.000.000 + VAT.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
