The construction site of a protocol that is called "Cooperation on Urban Transformation Applications" which was signed between Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services General Directorate and our Company, the agreement of Istanbul Ümraniye Topağacı Urban Transformation area 1 st Stage Residential Construction with Infrastructure and Landscaping Works which was tendered by our Company on behalf of the Ministry has been delivered " Gürtaş Yapı End. Ve Tic. A.Ş ." on Friday , 19.07.2024.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
