Partial final acceptance of the Residential and Commerical Zone with Park Area and Related Infrastructure and Landscaping Works on 558/1 Parcel within the scope of Istanbul Çekmeköy Taşdelen Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Project ( Ormanköy Çekmeköy ), one of our Company's projects, has been made and the Partial Final Acceptance Certificate has been approved on 07.08.2024.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
