The Partial provisional acceptance of Primary School with 24 classrooms, Middle School with 24 classrooms, Preschool with 8 classrooms and Indoor Conference and Sports Hall located on 10647 block 2 parcels within the scope of İstanbul Sarıyer Ayazağa Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale Project (Yeni Levent) one of our Company's projects, has been made and the Partial Provisional Acceptance certicifate has been approved on 14.08.2024 .

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
