The partial provisional acceptance for 405 block 110 parcel A, B, C, 405 Block ,405 block 111 parcel D, E, blocks with Insfrastructure and Landscaping Works related with these blocks within the scope of İstanbul Şişli Teşvikiye Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Nişantaşı Koru) has been made and the relevant Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate has been approved on 27.08.2024.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
