The second session of the tender for the Muğla Milas Meşelik Land Sale Revenue Sharing Project , one of our company's projects, was held on 16.09.2024 at 14:00. Our company achieved a multiplier of 2.19 in the tender. The highest offer received in the tender is as follows: • Total Revenue from Land Sale (ASKSTG): TRY 1,100,000,000 • Company's Share in Total Revenue from Land Sale (ASKŞPTG): TRY 462,000,000 • Company's Share Revenue Rati 40% The evaluation process of the offers is ongoing, and the bidders and their offers are provided in the attached document.
