Şirketimiz projelerinden İstanbul Beykoz Riva Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi (Düşler Vadisi) kapsamındaki, 0 Ada 3202 Parselde bulunan E Tepesi 15 Blok 30 bağımsız bölüm, (BL 14/12-13-14-15-16, BL 14S/08-09-10-11, BL 15/09-10-11-12-13-14), F Tepesi 23 Blok 39 bağımsız bölüm, (BL 12/13-19-20-21, BL 12S/12-18-19, BL14/17-18-19-20-21-22, BL 14S/12-13-14-15-16, BL 15/15-16-17-18-19) Villa Blokları ve Bu Bloklara Ait Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İşlerinin kısmi geçici kabulü yapılmış olup Kısmi Geçici Kabul Tutanağı 05.11.2024 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

The partial provisional acceptance for 0 block 3202 parcel E Hill, 15 block 30 units, (BL 14/12-13-14-15-16, BL 14S/08-09-10-11, BL 15/09-10-11-12-13-14), F Hill 23 block, 39 units(BL 12/13-19-20-21, BL 12S/12-18-19, BL14/17-18-19-20-21-22, BL 14S/12-13-14-15-16, BL 15/15-16-17-18-19) villas blocks and Insfrastructure and Landscaping Works related with these blocks within the scope of İstanbul Beykoz Riva (Düşler Vadisi) has been made and the relevant Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate has been approved on 05.11.2024.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
