Partial provisional acceptance of D Hill 18 Block / 26 Villa Independent Units, S2 and S3 Social Facility Blocks, S4 Block Permaculture Building and Infrastructure and Landscaping Works for these Blocks within the scope of Istanbul Beykoz Riva Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale (Düşler Vadisi) , one of the projects of our company, located on Block 0, Parcel 3202 , has been made and the Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate has been approved on 06.11.2024 .

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
