In accordance with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors; pursuant to Article 35 of the Communıqué On Principles Of Real Estate Investment Companies, titled " Determining Real Estate Appraisal Company"; due to large number of properties in our portfolio and workload, it was decided to receive valuation services from " Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.", " Form Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.", " Yetkin Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş." and " Acar Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş ".
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
