The agreement of Muğla Milas Meşelik Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale, has been signed between our Company BAŞ YAPI İNŞ. TAAH. VE TUR. SAN. DIŞ TİC. LTD. ŞT İ. Joint Venture on 31.12.2024.

The tender results are given below;

Estimated Total Sales Revenue (ETSR) : TRY 1.100.000.000

Company Revenue Share Ratio (CRSR) : 42 %

Company's Share in Total Revenue (CSTR) : TRY 462.000.000

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
