Our company has signed an additional protocol with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change (Directorate of Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services) for the acquisition of the property located in Istanbul, Ataşehir, Küçükbakkalköy Neighborhood , at parcel number 3334, block 12, covering an area of 23,462 m² , for a total price of TRY 2,625,000,000 (excluding VAT).
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail
