The memberships of the Committees established pursuant to the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué have been updated as follows. It was decided to appoint Mr. Aytaç YÜKSEL as the c hairman of the Audit Committee , which was vacated by Mr. Burak DEMİRALP. It was decided to appoint Mr. Aytaç YÜKSEL as the chairman of the Audit Committee, which was vacated by Mr. Burak DEMİRALP.. In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
