In accordance with the desicion of our Company's Board of Directors and Article 35, titled "Selection of the Real Estate Appraisal Company," of the Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Companies, it has been decided to obtain valuation services from Yetkin Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. and Talya Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. for assets that may be included in our Company's portfolio and require valuation in 2025. Additionally, for each asset currently in our Company's portfolio that requires valuation, services will be obtained from Yetkin Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. and Form Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. .
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
