BOARD DECISION ON APPROVAL OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND OPERATING REVIEW REPORT

We have reviewed the Activity Report prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué No. II-14.1 for the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 of our Company, and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the enterprise and the information we have, we hereby acknowledge and declare that the activity report does not contain any untrue statement on important matters or any deficiency that may lead to a misleading result as of the date the statement was made, and that, within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the enterprise and the information we have, the activity report prepared in accordance with the financial reporting standards in force fairly reflects the development and performance of the business and the financial situation of the enterprise, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
