The second session of the tender for the İzmir Çeşme Dalyan Revenue Sharing Model İn Return for Land Sale Project was held on 13.03.2025 at 14:00 . Our company achieved a multiplier of 2.16 in the tender.

The highest offer received in the tender is as follows:

• Total Revenue from Land Sale 10.525.000.000 TRY

• Company's Share in Total Revenue from Land Sale : 5.262.500.000 TRY

• Company's Share Revenue Ratio 50%

Within the scope of the project, 80% of the total company share revenue will belong to İLBANK, and 20% will belong to Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş .

The evaluation process of the offers is ongoing, and the bidders and their offers are provided in the attached document.
