oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin güncel mevzuata uyumlu hale getirilmesi amacıyla muhtelif maddelerinde güncellemeye gidilmesi gereksinimi doğmuş olup bu doğrultuda; * Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin muhtelif maddelerinin güncel mevzuata uygun hale getirilmesi için gerekli revizyonların yapılmasına, * Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 8. Maddesinde kayıtlı sermaye tavanının artırılması ve geçerlilik süresinin güncellenmesine, * Bu çerçevede Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve Ticaret Bakanlığı nezdinde gerekli izinlerin alınmasına yönelik başvuru yapılmasına, *Söz konusu değişiklikleri içeren yeni metnin, yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiş olup Süreçle ilgili 27.03.2025 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na gerekli başvuru yapılmıştır.		Due to the need to update various articles of the Company's Articles of Association to comply with current legislation, the following has been decided: · To make the necessary revisions to bring various articles of the Company's Articles of Association into compliance with current legislation. · To increase the registered capital ceiling and update its validity period in Article 8, titled "Capital and Shares," of the Company's Articles of Association. · To apply for the necessary permits from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and the Ministry of Trade in this context. *To submit the new text containing these changes for approval by the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held. The necessary application regarding the process was submitted to the Capital Markets Board on March 27, 2025. In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
