Maddesinde kayıtlı sermaye tavanının artırılması ve geçerlilik süresinin güncellenmesine, * Bu çerçevede Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve Ticaret Bakanlığı nezdinde gerekli izinlerin alınmasına yönelik başvuru yapılmasına, *Söz konusu değişiklikleri içeren yeni metnin, yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiş olup Süreçle ilgili 27.03.2025 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na gerekli başvuru yapıldığı duyurulmuştu. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğumuz başvuru 22.04.2025 tarihinde itibarıyla onaylanmıştır.		In order to align the Company's Articles of Association with current regulations, it has become necessary to revise certain provisions. In this context: Amendments have been proposed to various articles of the Company's Articles of Association to ensure compliance with updated legislation, The "Capital and Shares" article (Article 8) of the Articles of Association is to be revised to increase the registered capital ceiling and update its validity period, An application was to be submitted to obtain the necessary approvals from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade, The revised version incorporating these changes is to be submitted for the approval of shareholders at the next General Assembly meeting. As previously disclosed, the application to the Capital Markets Board was submitted on March 27, 2025. The application was approved by the Capital Markets Board as of April 22, 2025. In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
