Within the scope of our project Istanbul Başakşehir İkitelli 2nd Phase Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale (Meydan Başakşehir) , the partial provisional acceptance has been approved for all Blocks in the Final Section, Al-A2-A3-B1-B2-B3-Cl-C2-C3-D1-D2-D3, located on Parcel 1 of Block 2124 (Former Parcel 1 of Block 1444) The Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate was signed on 09.05.2025.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
