A need has arisen to update various articles of the Company's Articles of Association in order to ensure compliance with current legislation. Accordingly, it was decided that:

  • Necessary revisions will be made to bring  various articles of the Company's Articles of Association into compliance  with current legislation,
  • The registered capital ceiling in Article  8, titled "Capital and Shares," of the Company's Articles of  Association will be increased, and its validity period will be updated.

Regarding the amendment of the Articles of Association, the necessary permits have been obtained from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade. The draft amendments to the Articles of Association were approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on May 14th, 2025.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
