Our Company has signed a "Real Estate Sales Protocol" with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) to expand its portfolio with high-potential development assets, in line with its sustainable growth strategy. The protocol encompasses the acquisition of a real estate portfolio comprising a total of 600,447.85 m² of land/plots in the provinces of Istanbul, Muğla, Amasya, and Gaziantep, along with properties in Köyceğiz district of Muğla, for a total deferred payment value of TRY 11,399,885,519.95 (VAT excluded). To finance this acquisition, a long-term loan facility totaling TRY 4,000,000,000 has been secured from various banks. The provided financing will be utilized for the down payment of the acquisition price. This landmark acquisition is a key component of our strategy to create sustainable stakeholder value, significantly expanding our project development pipeline and strengthening our balance sheet.
