We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the public offering for Real Estate Certificates based on the "Damla Kent Project," a development in Başakşehir, Istanbul, secured by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Housing Development Administration (TOKİ). The subscription period for the offering was conducted between August 4 and August 8, 2025.

The offering was priced at TRY 7.59 per unit.

The public offering attracted strong demand from domestic investors, totaling 3,595,903,893 certificates, which corresponds to 1.87 times the base offering of 1,923,481,773 certificates. This significant interest enabled the full allocation of the 897,111,722 certificates available through the over-allotment option.

This resulted in the sale of a total of 2,820,593,495 real estate certificates (comprising the 1,923,481,773 base offering and the 897,111,722 over-allotment), bringing the final size of the public offering to TRY 21,408,304,627 .

Following the offering, a total of 2,820,593,495 certificates were distributed to domestic investors. In the executed distribution, 74.4% of the publicly offered certificates were allocated to domestic individual investors, while 25.6% were allocated to domestic institutional investors.

The certificates are scheduled to be credited to investor accounts and are expected to commence trading on Borsa İstanbul under the ticker symbol "DMLKT" on August 14, 2025 .
