The second session of the tender for the İstanbul Esenler Atışalanı 4th Stage Revenue Sharing Model In Return for Land Sale Project Work one of our company's project, was held on 22.10.2025 at 14:00. The highest offer received in the tender is as follows: •   Total Revenue from Land Sale : TRY 4.700.000.000 •   Company's Share Revenue Ratio : 35% •   Company's Share in Total Revenue from Land Sale : TRY 1.645.000.000 The evaluation process of the offers is ongoing, and the bidders and their offers are provided in the attached document. In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
