The construction site of the Istanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Project Stage A, 2nd Phase Residential Constructions, with Infrastructure and Landscaping Works which is one of our Company's projects within the scope of the Istanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Project Real Estate Certificate issuance has been  delivered to the Contractor EGEMEN İnş. ve Tic. A.Ş. & OKYANUS Enerji Üretim İnş. A.Ş. Joint Venture (Egemen Okyanus Damla Kent Ordinary Partnership) on 6.11.2025.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
