The second session of the tender for the İstanbul Tuzla Aydınlı 1st Stage Revenue Sharing Model İn Return for Land Sale Project's one of our company's projects, was held on 17.12.2025 at 14:00.

Our company achieved a multiplier of 5.70 in the tender

The highest offer received in the tender is as follows:

• Total Revenue from Land Sale (ASKSTG): TRY 8.350.000.000

• Company's Share Revenue Ratio 30%

• Company's Share in Total Revenue from Land Sale (ASKŞPTG): TRY 2.505.000.000

The evaluation process of the offers is ongoing, and the bidders and their offers are provided in the attached document.
