Within the scope of our company's project  include Istanbul Fatih Yedikule Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Project " in the Yedikule neighborhood, Fatih district, Istanbul Province (Cer Istanbul) ,the T1, T2, and T3 blocks located on parcel 7, Block 2384 have been revised, and Modification Construction Permits were obtained on December 17, 2025 , reducing the number of commercial units from 53 to 19. The total number of independent units in the project has been reduced from 148 to 114.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
