İsteklilere ait ön yeterlilik zarfları içerisinde belgelerin ayrıntılı değerlendirilmesinin ardından, ihalenin pazarlık, açık artırma ve kapalı zarf teklif alma aşamalarını içeren 2. Oturumun tarihi ve saati isteklilere yazılı olarak bildirilecektir.		Within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between our Han Varlık Gayrimenkul Ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Birinci Proje Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonu .,the first session of the tender for Adana Yüreğir Cumhuriyet 1st Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale Project was held on 23.12.2025 at 11:00 . The list of 3 bidders participating in the prequalification stage of the tender is attached.After the detailed evaluation of the documents within the prequalification envelopes,the second session will be held at a later date which consists of the bidding,and sealed envelope quote stages.The date and time of this session will be notified to the applicants in writing. In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
