The second session of the tender for the İzmir Çeşme Musalla 1st Stage Revenue Sharing Model İn Return for Land Sale Project's, one of our company's projects, was held on 25.12.2025 at 14:00.

The highest offer received in the tender is as follows:

•  Total Revenue from Land Sale : TRY 4.000.000.000

•   Company's Share Revenue Ratio 40%

•   Company's Share in Total Revenue from Land Sale : TRY 1.600.000.000

The evaluation process of the offers is ongoing, and the bidders and their offers are provided in the attached document.
