Within the scope of the Cooperation Protokol signed between our Company and Han Varlık Gayrimenkul Ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Birinci Proje Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonu the second session of the tender for the Adana Yüreğir Cumhuriyet 1st Stage Revenue Sharing Model in Return for Land Sale Project, which includes Open Auction-Closed Envelop Bid Submission stage and whose first held on 23 December 2025, will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 14:00 .

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
