The Partial Provisional Acceptance for 2384 block,7 parcel (last part of the project) T1 Block with related Infrastructure and Landscaping Works within the scope of our İstanbul Fatih Yedikule Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Cer İstanbul) project has been realized and the relevant Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate has been approved  on 30.12.2025.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
