Within the scope of the protocol signed between our Company, Fenerbahçe Sports Club, and Akfin Gayrimenkul Değerlendirme A.Ş. regarding the project to be developed on the land located in Istanbul Province, Ataşehir District, Küçükbakkalköy Neighborhood, Block 3343, Parcel 12; The bids submitted during the tender process—the first session of which was held on December 2, 2025, and the second session on December 9, 2025—have been subjected to a comprehensive analysis by our tender commission based on current market conditions, regional sales data, and the technical/commercial specifications of the project. As a result of this evaluation, it has been determined that the revenue projections foreseen by the bidders do not align with current market realities, and based on technical and financial data, the collectability of the projected revenues within the foreseen timeframe is not feasible. It was concluded that this situation is incompatible with the interests of our Company and our land-owning stakeholders, Fenerbahçe Sports Club and Akfin, as well as the principles of public interest and the efficient use of resources. In this regard, necessary information regarding the process and the underlying rationale has been provided to our stakeholders, Fenerbahçe Sports Club and Akfin Gayrimenkul Değerlendirme A.Ş. Accordingly, prioritizing project completion security within the framework of our risk management policies and adhering to sustainability principles, it has been decided to re-tender the project in accordance with the "Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Tender and Contract Regulation." The first session of the new tender is scheduled to be held on January 19, 2026.
