The operational and financial targets set by our Company for the year 2026 are presented below. In the 2026 fiscal period, our Company aims to achieve the sale of 7,801 units with a total gross area of approximately 950 k sqm from projects included in and planned to be developed within our consolidated portfolio. Under these projections, a total pre-sales value of 135.2 billion TL (excluding VAT) is anticipated. In addition, approximately 10.2 billion TL in revenue is expected from the sale of land stock held in our portfolio outside the scope of project planning. Depending on market conditions throughout the year, it is planned to conduct approximately 60 Turnkey and revenue-sharing tenders . Within this framework, projects located in İstanbul (Arnavutköy, Avcılar, Bakırköy, Başakşehir, Beşiktaş, Esenler, Eyüpsultan, Kadıköy, Küçükçekmece, Sarıyer, Sultanbeyli and Üsküdar), Ankara (Çankaya and Yenimahalle), İzmir (Çeşme) and Aydın (Didim), as well as earthquake housing projects carried out in provinces under protocols signed with public institutions, are planned to be evaluated within the scope of these tender processes, primarily through the "Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale" and "Turnkey" models. In line with the established sales targets and tender schedule, and based on revenue recognition arising from delivery processes in turnkey projects and construction progress levels in revenue-sharing projects, our Company anticipates generating a net profit of approximately 13.1 billion TL by the end of 2026. The targets set forth within the framework of current market conditions and the normal course of macroeconomic indicators may be revised in the event of unforeseen market developments.
